Marzoli has recently introduced the Trash Analyzer, which monitors and analyzes waste online during the pre-processing process. The tool is equipped with a scale that performs weight and visual analysis based on the sample image and generates a performance index of the overall waste removal efficiency for the opener or cutter in question. The system can be used anywhere in the production line and does not require machine downtime for sampling.
The company has also updated its TAOMApp. The program uses image scanning technology to quickly and accurately analyze waste and impurities in cotton bales. The company claims that the new version of the program is more user-friendly and more accurate when detecting and identifying impurity levels in cotton bales.
The TAOMApp performs the impurity test as follows:
1. The sampling area is determined on a cotton bale.
2. A photo is taken at a distance of 10 to 15 centimeters from the sample. The photos should not be blurry.
3. The content of the photos should only be cotton and impurities.
4. To perform the analysis, 6 photos must be taken from each sample.
5. The six photos are selected in the program and the analysis option is selected.
6. The analysis is performed within a few seconds and the feedback is displayed as one of the letters A, B, C, D. This classification indicates 4 different levels of impurities in the cotton.
Marzoli has recently entered the field of recycled yarn production technologies in a joint venture with the Egyptian cotton industry.

برنامه TAOMApp تست ناخالصی را به این صورت انجام می دهد:
1. کاربر محدوده نمونه گیری بر روی یک عدل پنبه را مشخص می نماید.
2 از فاصله 10 تا 15 سانتیمتری از نمونه عکس می گیرد. عکس ها نباید مات باشند.
3.محتوای عکس ها باید صرفا پنبه و ناخالصی ها باشد.
4. برای انجام تحلیل باید 6 عکس از هر نمونه گرفته شود.
5. کاربر شش عکس را در برنامه انتخاب نموده و گزینه analysis را می زند.
6. برنامه، تجزیه و تحلیل را در عرض چند ثانیه انجام داده و بازخورد را به صورت یکی از حروف A، B، C، D نمایش می دهد. این حروف نشان دهنده 4 دسته بندی هستند که سطوح مختلف ناخالصی در پنبه را نشان می دهند.
شرکت مارزولی اخیراً در همکاری مشترک با صنعت پنبه مصر به عرصه تکنولوژی های تولید نخ بازیافتی ورود شده است.
