📌تکنیک تکمیل نساجی "انقباض نمکی" یا "چروک شیمیایی"

تکنیک تکمیل نساجی موسوم به Salt Shrinkage یا Chemical Seer Sucker با بهره‌گیری از محلول‌های داغ و غلیظ نمک‌های خنثی، ظاهری چین‌خورده و چروک‌دار به پارچه می‌بخشد. اساس این فرآیند، تورم و انقباض قابل‌توجه الیاف پارچه در اثر تماس با محلول‌های نمکی در دماهای بالا است. محصول نهایی دارای خاصیت کشسانی (Elasticity) و قابلیت تنفس‌پذیری (Breathability) بهبود یافته و همچنین بافتی موج‌دار یا چین‌خورده مشخص خواهد بود.

متداول‌ترین نمک مورد استفاده در این فرآیند، نیترات کلسیم (Calcium Nitrate) است، اما تیوسیانات سدیم (Sodium Thiocyanate) و کلرید کلسیم (Calcium Chloride) نیز به‌عنوان نمک‌های خنثی قابل استفاده هستند. پس از آغشته‌سازی پارچه به محلول نمک، فرآیند در شرایط دما، فشار و رطوبت بالا در یک ماشین مخصوص انجام می‌شود. این شرایط باعث انقباض و تغییر شکل الیاف پارچه شده و ظاهر چین‌خورده متمایزی ایجاد می‌کند.

A specific textile finishing technique called "salt shrinkage" or "chemical seer sucker" employs hot, concentrated solutions of neutral salts to give textiles a distinctive wrinkled appearance. The substantial swelling and shrinking of fabric fibers upon exposure to these salt solutions at elevated temperatures is the basis for this procedure. A cloth with enhanced elasticity and breathability as well as a characteristic puckered or "wrinkle" texture is the end product.

The process and its chemistry
The most popular salt for this procedure is calcium nitrate, however sodium thiocyanate and calcium chloride are also acceptable neutral salts. The procedure uses high-temperature and high-pressure processing after the fabric has been treated with salt water. As a result, the fabric's fibers contract and distort, giving it the distinctive wrinkled appearance.

Mixed results for 2024 textile machinery shipments

 Global shipments of textile machinery showed a mixed performance in 2024, according to the 47th annual International Textile Machinery Shipment Statistics (ITMSS) released by the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF). The report, compiled in collaboration with over 200 manufacturers, offers detailed insights across six categories of textile machinery: spinning, draw-texturing, weaving, large diameter circular knitting, flat knitting, and finishing.

Spinning machinery witnessed sharp declines, with short-staple spindle shipments falling by 40% to 5.92 million units, and open-end rotor deliveries dropping 39% to 623,000 units. Asia and Oceania accounted for the majority of these deliveries, though notable declines were recorded across most regions. However, long-staple (wool) spindle shipments rose by 62%, largely driven by demand in Iran, China and Vietnam.

ریسندگی
ماشین‌آلات ریسندگی کاهش شدید در ارسال‌ها را تجربه کردند:
ارسال دوک‌های/اسپیندل ریسندگی الیاف کوتاه با 40٪ کاهش به 5092 میلیون واحد رسید.
تحویل روتورهای اپن‌اند نیز با 39٪ افت به 623هزار واحد کاهش یافت.

شرکت تیجین فرانتیر، پارچه کشسانی پیشرفته با ساختار سه‌بعدی بسیار ریز و چین‌های با اندازه‌های تصادفی را توسعه داده است.
 این طراحی نوآورانه کشسانی فوق‌العاده، نرمی و سبکی را همراه با عملکرد جذب رطوبت و خشک‌شدن سریع ارائه می‌دهد.
این پارچه ابتدا برای بازارهای پوشاک ورزشی و فضای باز در فصل پاییز و زمستان 2026 عرضه خواهد شد و سپس به لباس‌های زیر و پوشاک فشن گسترش می‌یابد.

بر خلاف پارچه‌های کشسان سنتی که عمدتاً از پلی‌اورتان ساخته می‌شوند و مشکلاتی مثل استحکام، دوام، وزن و ثبات رنگ دارند، پارچه جدید Teijin با استفاده از فناوری پلی‌تری‌متیلن ترفتالات (PTT) ساخته شده است. با اتصال دو پلیمر متفاوت PTT به صورت کنار هم و ترکیب آن با پلی‌استر بازیافتی، نخ کامپوزیت غلاف-هسته‌ایSheath-Core با چین‌های متغیر ایجاد شده است که پارچه‌ای با سطح بافت‌دار، نرم و سبک به دست می‌دهد

The company also aims to expand its applications to include lifestyle apparel such as innerwear and fashion garments, targeting sales of 100,000 meters in fiscal 2026 and 1 million meters by fiscal 2029

Traditionally, stretch fabrics used in sportswear, fashion and innerwear have relied on polyurethane, however this material presents challenges in terms of strength, durability, weight and colorfastness. In Q2 2025, Italian textile machinery orders fell 1 per cent YoY, with the index at 47.1 points
Domestic orders rose 38 per cent, offsetting a 7 per cent drop abroad
Backlogs reached 3.9 months; capacity use was 55 per cent, expected to rise to 60 per cent
ACIMIT cited weak domestic demand and global uncertainty, with exports to China and Turkey down sharply
In the second quarter of 2025, the index of orders for textile machinery, compiled by the Economics Department of ACIMIT, the Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers, showed a slight decrease compared to the same period in 2024 (-1%). In absolute terms, the index stood at 47.1 points (base year 2021=100)
This result was driven by an increase in order intake from the domestic market, which almost entirely offset the decline recorded in foreign markets
Orders collected on the domestic market rose by 38% compared to the second quarter of 2024, reaching an absolute value of 70.9 points
In foreign markets, orders were down 7% compared to the same period of the previous year. The absolute value of the index stood at 43.8 points
In the second quarter, the order backlog reached 3.9 months of guaranteed production (up from 3.6 months in the first quarter). It is also worth noting that, on average, companies in the sector used only 55% of their production capacity in the first half of the year. Utilization is expected to reach 60% in the second half of 2025

یکی از نوآوری‌های شاخص شرکت  سینتک تکنولوژی ایزی پاور (Easypower)  است؛ این تکنولوژی در پاسخ به نیاز مشتریان برای انجام فرایند تکمیل‌ با بالاترین کیفیت طراحی شده است. کیفیت پارچه حاصل از این تکنولوژی معادل یا بالاتر از پارچه حاصل از سیستم های رایج سنفورایزینگ (Sanfor systems)   می باشد.
 سیستم سنفور  (سانفور هم نامیده می شود) (Sanfor) یک روش تکمیل پارچه است که برای کاهش آبرفت پارچه به کار می‌رود. این سیستم با استفاده از یک ماشین کمپرس، پارچه را تحت فشار قرار می‌دهد و به این ترتیب از آبرفت پارچه در اثر شستشو یا اتوکشی جلوگیری می‌کند. به عبارت دیگر، فرایند سنفورایزینگ پارچه را تثبیت کرده و میزان آبرفت آن را به حداقل می‌رساند. سیستم غلتک پالمر در این دستگاه میزان آبرفت را تثبیت می کند و زیردستی صاف و لطیف برای پارچه فراهم می سازد. از این رو در زمان استفاده و شست وشوی لباس، هیچ گونه آبرفتی اتفاق نمی افتد.
مزیت این تکنولوژی جدید در این است که در طی اجرای فرایند هیچگونه آبی مصرف نمی شود و نوار لاستیکی آن نیز نیازی به سنباده زنی دوره ای ندارد.
